Package Includes:
  • Four (4) Lincoln R3R-400 or SAE- 400 stick welders.
  • Marathon alternator - 109 KW.
  • Quincy 350 compressor powered by electric motor - 80 to 120 gallon air tank.
  • Hydraulically controlled lead boom - 750 lbs. capacity at 14 feet.
Features:
  • Can easily be field installed - mostly bolt on.
  • Can be provided for any suitable make or size of tractor (minimum 140 h.p.)
  • Can be shipped in a container or crated as break bulk.
Options:

  • CV adapter for wire welding.
  • Auxiliary alternator (10 KVA).


Lincoln R3R-400
Features:
  • Smooth arc with superior all-position stability resists pop-outs and limits splatter.
  • Built-in line voltage fluctuations. No surge when other welders or grinders start and stop.
  • Full range output control - includes a high and low range.
  • Adjustable at the machine or from the remote control.
  • Thermostatically protected against overheating and overloading.
  • Particularly good on root pas with low hydrogen or stainless steel electrodes.

Performance:

  • Output - 400 amp at 60% duty cycle (each welder).
  • Current range 60-500 amps.
